# Aweb Vault / Risk Classifier - Public Spec Draft

Status: public-ready draft for Morpho/Base/DeFi partner routes. Not a live vault launch.

## Summary

Aweb Vault is a governed DeFi infrastructure product built around curator-grade risk classification.

The focused product direction is a Triple-Stack: a curated Morpho vault, Morpho Blue market deployment for selected collateral and borrower opportunities, and a future Pendle SY wrapper, all controlled by the Aweb Risk Classifier Engine and append-only execution receipts.

The first external milestone is not a public custody product. The first milestone is a public risk-classifier and vault-curation demo that shows allocation policy, risk classification, market health checks, and receipt-grade reporting before capital-touching deployment.

## Problem

DeFi vaults need continuous risk work: collateral assessment, oracle confidence, liquidity conditions, borrower/entity intelligence, market listing, allocation policy, bad-debt monitoring, depositor reporting, and explainable parameter changes.

Without a disciplined curation layer, depositors see yield but not the operational risk machinery behind that yield.

## Architecture

- Risk Classifier Engine: Bayesian credit posterior, conformal cascade probability, multi-venue Kalman peg-oracle, wallet/entity intelligence, and onchain/market/oracle data fusion.
- Vault Curation: converts risk classifications into market listing, cap, collateral, liquidity, and review decisions.
- Morpho-Aligned Deployment: curated Morpho vault, Morpho Blue market deployment or selection, public allocator surfaces, and receipt trail.
- Future Pendle SY Wrapper: yield-layer extension after risk controls, audit, legal review, and monitoring are ready.

## Initial Public Demo

1. Select a small universe of stablecoin/yield markets.
2. Pull onchain, oracle, liquidity, and market data.
3. Run risk-classifier scoring.
4. Produce allow/deny/cap recommendations.
5. Emit allocation decision receipts.
6. Show a simple report that a depositor or curator could inspect.

## Morpho Fit

Morpho curation requires borrower monitoring, depositor risk mitigation, competitive yields, security, transparency, market listing, liquidity reallocation, oracle reliability checks, collateral assessment, and public allocator configuration.

Aweb Vault maps directly to that layer through continuous risk classification, explainable allocation policy, market health monitoring, execution receipts, risk dashboards, and future MCP/API risk feeds.

## Base Fit

Base is a strong deployment candidate for the first public prototype because its builder ecosystem supports experiments, public goods, shipped tools, and founder tracks.

A Base-aligned milestone can be a conservative risk-classifier demo, Base testnet or public-data-only vault curation simulator, public receipts for allocation decisions, and documentation showing how other builders can inspect or reuse the risk feed.

## Safety / Compliance Boundary

This spec does not claim Aweb Labs is operating a public vault today.

Before any live capital-touching deployment, Aweb Vault would need legal review, audit planning, a clear custody or non-custody model, risk disclosures, operational monitoring, emergency unwind procedures, and human approval policy for parameter changes.

## Relationship To Aweb Labs

Aweb Labs is building the governed execution layer for AI agents. Aweb Vault is the DeFi/curator-grade expression of the same thesis: autonomous systems need governed execution, risk gates, observable outcomes, receipts, and human control before they operate on sensitive financial infrastructure.
