Identity Lock pipeline

PersonaForge ensures every generated image of a persona has the same face using a multi-step pipeline:

1. GenerateCreate initial face variations using FLUX on RunPod + ComfyUI
2. ExtractExtract 512-dim face embeddings using InsightFace (antelopev2)
3. LockApply InstantID + IP-Adapter for consistent face across all generations
4. ExpressionsGenerate a grid of 20+ emotions with the locked identity
5. GenderDetect face gender for voice matching

Voice matching

Each persona gets a voice that matches their face and personality archetype:

  • Gender-aware selection from face detection
  • Archetype mapping (sage, creator, hero, etc.)
  • ElevenLabs voice library with emotion-based settings
  • Word-level timestamps for caption synchronization
  • Custom voice cloning for premium personas

Archetypes

PersonaForge supports 12 personality archetypes, each with unique traits, voice characteristics, and expression patterns. Archetypes influence the persona's conversational style, visual appearance, and emotional range.
